RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, however in the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, we will happily accept returns. 

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Understandably, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Custom Made orders or Final Sale merchandise.

Items must be unworn and unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories.

Customers shall be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Your return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, please retain tracking information for your return. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and customer cannot supply proof of delivery signature.

You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package. Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.

 

EXCHANGES

We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on geegny.com. You may place your reorder at any time. If you would like assistance with your exchange, email info@geegny.com with your Order Number, Reason for Exchange and specific item(s) you wish to exchange.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

As customized items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. Custom orders are FINAL SALE.
